Privacy Policy

FMETP — the FM Enterprises Training Program — is an IT training institute at Opposite Grand Marquee, Hazara Road, Khawaja Nagar, Hassan Abdal, 43730, Punjab, Pakistan. It is a project of FM Enterprises.

FMETP is responsible for the information described in this policy. To ask anything about it, write to hello@fmetp.com or call +92 300 21 FMEOS (36367).

• Enquiry details. When you contact us about a course we receive your name, email address, phone number, the course and format you are interested in, and whatever you choose to tell us about your goals.
• Enrolment records. If you enrol, we keep the records needed to run your course and issue your certificate — attendance, project submissions, assessment results and fee payments.
• LMS account data. The FMETP learning management system at lms.fmetp.com holds your account details, your course progress and the work you submit through it.
• Messages you send us. Email, WhatsApp and phone enquiries, kept so we can pick up where a conversation left off.

We do not ask for, and have no use for, your CNIC number, bank details or any other identification beyond what enrolment actually requires.

Your information is used to:

• answer your enquiry and advise you on the right course;
• place you in a batch and run your classes;
• track attendance and assessments, and issue your certificate;
• record and reconcile fee payments;
• tell you about your own course — schedule changes, results, certificate collection.

If we ever want to send you something about a different course, we will ask first, and every such message will have a way to stop them.

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not pass your details to advertisers, data brokers or ad networks.
• We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
• We do not post about you, or use your work or photograph in our marketing, without asking you first.

This site is a set of ordinary pages with no accounts and no login. It sets no cookies for analytics or advertising, and loads no third-party trackers, pixels or embedded widgets. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this domain rather than from an external network, so visiting a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.

The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything anywhere on its own — it opens your own email application with the details filled in, so you decide what is sent and to whom. Nothing you type into it is stored on this site.

As with any website, our web host may record standard server logs, such as IP address, requested page and request time, for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. These logs are not used by FMETP for advertising or behavioural profiling.

The learning management system at lms.fmetp.com is a separate system with its own account. It holds your name, contact details, enrolled courses, progress and submitted work, and it sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

You control your own LMS password. We can reset it for you, but we cannot see it. If you want your LMS account closed, tell us and we will close it.

Inside FMETP, access is limited to the people who need it — the trainer running your course, and the admin staff handling enrolment and fees.

Outside FMETP, your information is shared only where it is genuinely necessary:

• the providers that host this website and the LMS, who store the data on our behalf;
• where a course is certified or examined by an external body, the details that body requires;
• where the law, or a lawful order, requires us to provide it.

• Enquiries that do not lead to an enrolment are kept only while the enquiry is live, and then deleted.
• Enrolment and certificate records are kept long-term. A certificate is only worth something if we can still confirm years later that you earned it.
• Fee and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
• LMS accounts are kept while the account is open.

Anything we are not required to keep, we will delete on request.

At any time you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete what we are not required to keep;
• stop sending you messages that are not about a course you are enrolled on.

Write to hello@fmetp.com. We may ask a question or two to confirm it is really you before we act — that protection works in your favour. A person will answer; we do not put these requests through an automated system.

We do accept younger trainees on some courses. Where a trainee is under 18, enrolment is arranged with a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian may exercise any of the choices above on their behalf.

This site and the LMS are served over an encrypted connection. Access to enrolment records is limited to the staff who need it. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but if something ever goes wrong in a way that affects you, we will tell you rather than quietly hope you do not notice.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it. If a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will tell enrolled trainees directly rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
