Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you enrol on an FMETP course, use the FMETP LMS, or read this website.
Last updated
These terms cover enrolling on an FMETP course, paying for it, finishing it, and using this website and the FMETP LMS. They are written to be understood rather than to be impressive.
The short version
- Fees are monthly, in advance Web Starter is PKR 9,000/month physical or PKR 5,500/month online. Other courses are confirmed at enrolment.
- Your projects are yours Everything you build on a course is yours to use in your portfolio, with clients and with employers.
- Certificates are earned They are issued on completing the project work, not simply on having attended or having paid.
- What we confirm to you wins If a fee or schedule on this site differs from what we agreed with you directly, what we agreed applies.
Who these terms are between #
These terms are between you and FMETP — the FM Enterprises Training Program, a project of FM Enterprises, at Opposite Grand Marquee, Hazara Road, Khawaja Nagar, Hassan Abdal, 43730, Punjab, Pakistan.
They apply when you enrol on a course, when you use the FMETP LMS, and when you use this website. If a trainee is under 18, they apply to the parent or guardian who arranges the enrolment.
Enrolment #
A place on a course is confirmed once we have agreed three things with you — the batch, the format (physical at the Hassan Abdal campus or live online) and the fee — in writing or by phone.
Batches run subject to minimum numbers. If a batch cannot run, we will tell you before it was due to start and offer you the next available one, or a place in the other format.
Fees and payment #
Course fees are charged monthly, in advance of each month of tuition.
The published fee for Web Starter is PKR 9,000 per month for physical classes and PKR 5,500 per month for online classes. Fees for the other courses are confirmed at enrolment and depend on the batch and format.
Where a fee shown anywhere on this website differs from the fee we confirmed to you directly, the fee we confirmed to you is the one that applies.
Stopping or changing a course #
Because fees are paid a month at a time, you are never committed beyond the month you have paid for.
- To stop: tell us before the next month begins and nothing further is charged.
- A month already begun is not usually refunded, as the place has been held and the teaching delivered.
- To switch between physical and online classes, or move to a different batch, ask us — we will move you where there is space, and adjust the fee to the rate for that format.
If circumstances make it impossible for you to continue, talk to us. We would rather find a workable answer than hold you to a rule.
Attendance and completion #
Courses are practical and project-based, so attendance alone is not completion — the project work matters just as much.
Course duration varies by batch; most trainees finish in a few weeks with regular attendance and project work kept up to date. If you fall behind, tell your trainer early. Catching up is normal; disappearing and reappearing at the end is not.
Certificates #
A certificate is issued on successful completion of a course, which means the project work has been completed as well as the sessions attended.
Certificates are earned rather than bought — a paid fee on its own does not entitle you to one. This is deliberate, and it is what makes an FMETP certificate worth showing to an employer.
Your work #
Everything you build during a course is yours. Use it in your portfolio, show it to clients and employers, and take it further — no permission needed and nothing owed to us.
We will ask before featuring your work or your photograph in anything we publish.
Our materials #
Course materials, slides, exercises and recordings provided by FMETP remain the property of FMETP and are supplied for your own learning.
Please do not redistribute, republish or resell them, or share your LMS access with anyone else.
The FMETP LMS #
Your account on lms.fmetp.com is personal to you. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
Access to a course in the LMS runs alongside your enrolment on it. We aim to keep the LMS available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and occasional maintenance is unavoidable.
Conduct #
We ask trainees to treat trainers and each other with respect — on campus, in online sessions and in any group chat attached to a course.
We reserve the right to end a place on a course where conduct makes the class unworkable for others. This is a last resort, and we will raise a problem with you before it gets there.
Classes we have to move #
Occasionally a session has to be rescheduled — illness, a public holiday, a power or connectivity failure. Where that happens we will tell you as early as we can and run a replacement session rather than drop the content.
This website #
Content on this site is provided for information. Course content, fees and schedules can change, and the current position is always the one we confirm to you directly.
External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content of other websites. The enquiry form here opens your own email application rather than sending anything through this site.
Limits of our responsibility #
We teach the skills described on the course pages and support you in learning them. We cannot promise a particular job, salary or business outcome, because those depend on far more than the course.
Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms #
If these terms change, we will update this page and the date shown at the top of it. Changes that affect a course you are already enrolled on will be told to you directly rather than left here for you to find.
Governing law and contact #
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
Questions about any of this: hello@fmetp.com or +92 300 21 FMEOS (36367). We would always rather answer a question early than settle a dispute late.
Not sure how a term applies to you?
Ask before you enrol rather than after. A person will answer, and what we confirm to you directly is what applies.
